This resource will be responsible for the following:
7 B) M/ Y$ U* i. vTechnical Architect
Identifies the technologies that would be used for the project.
Recommends the development methodologies and frameworks for the project.
Produce 4+1 architectural view design documents
2 d& A" O! h; v$ `/ K7 AProvides the overall design and structure to the application.
Establishes design/coding guidelines and best practices.
4 L: X/ g! \, M0 U) AMentors developers on best practices, guidelines and complex tasks.
& X& q* Q& B! V& ^5 W, T1 j7 D& KEnforces compliance with coding guidelines using code reviews etc.
Assists management in assessing technical competence of developers.
: g4 G  L' W4 f( e* TProvides technical advice and guidance to the project manager.
0 d0 g$ T: }" L; aGuiding the team is doing proof of concepts and early risk assessments.

Mandatory

2 g* q: U# ]' _All of the following skills must be actual project experience not educational experience and the actual time spent developing must match the years of experience required.

Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
6 h8 z. j5 T9 ^; JMust have strong Object Oriented Application Development (OOAD) skills
" ]. t( K0 e% k: YMinimum 6 years of solid hands-on VB.NET coding experience.
Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development experience
Minimum 8 years development experience with SQL Server
Minimum 8 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
