' F( Z+ s% E# r- v: C4 I% H4 YPosition Summary: Within the broad guidelines of Integrated Service Program funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada, and Alberta Employment and Immigration, the Receptionist/Immigrant Services Worker will answer a multi-line phone calls professional, politely, and directing the calls correctly; assist in clerical needs of the ISP team; assist with providing counter service and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker. 0 _ ]+ i' b& b• Answer incoming calls and route calls to appropriate person1 p9 G' k+ i8 r- P- K
• Take and deliver messages to the staff of ASSIST
, S& e- ^$ {( [; t9 i3 ]- Z• Welcome clients and direct them appropriately
* u* r4 J. G8 T# y5 ~• Order and maintain office supplies for the front counter$ F7 q {5 Z4 U2 r4 `2 d4 |" L8 c
• Perform general clerical functions such as photocopying and faxing documents7 r1 p8 ^2 x6 b# {$ b" ^
• Provide assistance to immigrants and clients seeking settlement related services in the capacity of immigrant services worker! |# X- T3 r1 C p( j# Q. V
• Maintain and update the information boards with upcoming events

• Keep the reception area tidy and clean

• Perform general office duties as assigned

/ }9 y! h1 D$ E; G: Q• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese as an asset

• Ability to work with newcomers and general clients
* M9 i9 P) K9 f9 ?+ A; t4 z3 f( p2 A• Microsoft Office operation skills- Excel, Word, Outlook

• 2-4 years of office and clerical experience . ?$ z( ^* H/ B5 x/ @8 y/ o% b. N
• Receptionist or customer service experience in a fast paced environment
