baby 辅食guide

看到网上许多新妈妈很关心宝宝如何开始添加辅食,却没有一个较为详细的引导。所以贴一个以前学习幼儿教育的一个学习资料,是一个基本的宝宝加辅食的引导。可作参考。如有不确定是否适合自己宝宝情况的,还是请教医师为准。希望对大家有帮助。
4 D8 f$ c% X* r. A( KIntroducing Solid Feeds to Your Baby
& h. w$ Y8 ~+ |$ g& R! gNote: Introduce each new food individually and for 4-5 days before introducing any other new food.! P# O" Q  b. w: U7 t
Babies do not require solid foods before 4-6 months of age. Until then, breast milk or formula provides the best form of nutrition for the child. Solids may be introduced in the following order:
; @& H) n" {' r, P0 I4-6 moths -- CEREAL (start with rice, then later, barley, oatmeal, sobee.)
% V0 ~! Y2 d+ p# q9 c5-7 months -- JUICE (Apple juice diluted with equal parts water, up to 120ml(4oz) once or twice daily. No orange or citrus juice until 1 year)
2 z+ L& u0 ?) @0 v' g, o5-7 months--VEGETABLES (Squash, peas, sweet potato, carrots, (no spinach, broccoli.).Orang and yellow vegetables first, then green.
2 T- h0 A' Y  M2 |; k# n6-7 months --FRUIT (Apple,pear, banana,peach,apricot,etc), Q6 r: r- Z3 [2 A6 N' G
7-8 months--DAIRY (Yoghurt, cottage cheese, mild processed cheese.)0 y1 G$ N' ]( @  y
8-9 months--Meat & Fish (Chicken, veal, beef, lamb. (no pork or fish until at least 1 year).; J0 _* z# Z# ?7 J: Y% d
10-12 months--Eggs (Yolk from 10-11 months, egg white 11-12 months)1 Y$ I) }; M: f
IN bottle fed babies, iron fortified formula should be used until 12 months of age. After 1 year homogenized milk can be used.0 Q8 C( \% N! a0 s
1. All solids including cereal should be fed by teaspoon and not mixed in the formula.# D$ `, b- a8 }
2. Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons twice daily and increase according to your chld's needs.
0 r! @+ v7 r4 u8 p8 u8 V, ~7 }3. introduce new foods one at a time, generally 1 per week.
: L3 f8 T  s) v* U4. Individual food products are preferred to mixed cereals and other mixed foods.3 H8 t) W3 R" F) o1 B# N
5. Solids should be given after nursing or formula feeds, until 6-months to promote milk intake.
# S$ }; G5 U' k2 y. t  Y5 o& o6. You may use standard commercial products or make your own blenderized foods without any added salt or sugar. (Publlic Health may have more information on home-made foods
