baby 辅食guide

看到网上许多新妈妈很关心宝宝如何开始添加辅食,却没有一个较为详细的引导。所以贴一个以前学习幼儿教育的一个学习资料,是一个基本的宝宝加辅食的引导。可作参考。如有不确定是否适合自己宝宝情况的,还是请教医师为准。希望对大家有帮助。; u7 ^! T$ c! T5 Z
Introducing Solid Feeds to Your Baby& ]- a+ G6 Z- D& x1 |
Note: Introduce each new food individually and for 4-5 days before introducing any other new food.5 p0 t% U6 I8 j& U2 Q
Babies do not require solid foods before 4-6 months of age. Until then, breast milk or formula provides the best form of nutrition for the child. Solids may be introduced in the following order:% N7 p1 ?: i& y" X$ @
4-6 moths -- CEREAL (start with rice, then later, barley, oatmeal, sobee.)4 K8 q1 D% d# n( v; N
5-7 months -- JUICE (Apple juice diluted with equal parts water, up to 120ml(4oz) once or twice daily. No orange or citrus juice until 1 year); T" L: ?& `' p
5-7 months--VEGETABLES (Squash, peas, sweet potato, carrots, (no spinach, broccoli.).Orang and yellow vegetables first, then green." o; f5 g3 Q: U/ m+ u
6-7 months --FRUIT (Apple,pear, banana,peach,apricot,etc)3 S% C# G& _. h: |  |. ]% ]
7-8 months--DAIRY (Yoghurt, cottage cheese, mild processed cheese.)
( v0 G$ j; e7 q6 i8-9 months--Meat & Fish (Chicken, veal, beef, lamb. (no pork or fish until at least 1 year).; D6 K( K$ |7 g( V. M$ ?: c8 W
10-12 months--Eggs (Yolk from 10-11 months, egg white 11-12 months)7 B- e6 o: y2 L+ C: g' d
IN bottle fed babies, iron fortified formula should be used until 12 months of age. After 1 year homogenized milk can be used.
4 D1 y& y, [% B+ s1. All solids including cereal should be fed by teaspoon and not mixed in the formula.% ?+ u/ r' s7 Y* v
2. Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons twice daily and increase according to your chld's needs.5 U  Y8 E4 i  e1 T2 U+ O* M
3. introduce new foods one at a time, generally 1 per week.
# E1 a2 i3 O. q3 a6 w2 `, w& K4. Individual food products are preferred to mixed cereals and other mixed foods.
: k" C% }8 d# ~5 F6 h5. Solids should be given after nursing or formula feeds, until 6-months to promote milk intake.4 f% `- ?( f" c* y
6. You may use standard commercial products or make your own blenderized foods without any added salt or sugar. (Publlic Health may have more information on home-made foods
