The lowest level is a sunken level ( i.e. it eats up some of the basement space)  Ask yourself whether you like that or not. If yes, good, if not, that's bad.

个人观点，比同等面积的其他房型都更实用

$ j& C% q: x+ q1 H$ e当然，2000尺以上的房子就不必考虑这种房型了
