Compensation: Journeyman 1 Automotive Mechanic (or 4th year Apprentices)
# d# A5 u0 u( Z# \' jYour Choice of Hourly or Flat Rate (Salary under review, Rates based on experience.)
& @5 q L! Q$ S) i z! KHours of Work: This position works 44 hours per week.
. y& A5 e" D' r# nDays of work are Monday through Friday, Saturday rotation.

Full-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance. . j& ~* y: Q3 t# f3 a
' L! e# U# U1 ]# I5 Q& S- xResponsibilities include:' l: a" f+ R! y* Y* _
6 t% C! l' H% S; j1 O& O5 N. xDiagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles
$ A/ C: b: b$ z# v4 S8 XRequisition parts and materials, as required.& M5 W: |# T1 x: i4 D
Create and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.: F9 @' \' V/ F* B8 P$ d+ |6 j
Provide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).
4 L/ l+ ^5 h/ Y r( UAccess technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.

Qualifications:% P: ]$ c, N- p6 O; I$ h" O( i
: f2 a' @4 S3 Y" ^! v6 ~Applicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.! N* e; L. J: g' [
Applicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent)./ {0 ^2 l7 B6 ~
Preference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles.
