To acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.

7 _, U3 g1 r* H• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
1 f+ r6 q& `: x; v• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;
8 O3 m' e  }+ @7 M• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;
8 x0 L9 P, b: {- r! b• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.
& ^* i. o, b3 Z4 H0 U$ |/ W/ C• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;
2 n" U3 F5 x; g5 ~• Work with National/Regional Sales initiatives;
• Participate in trade shows;
• Attend public relation functions; Participating in community and trade boards and committees on behalf of the hotel;
• To participate in Revenue/Yield Management meetings; Increase Market Share;

• Ensure top level delivery of expected guest service;

•1-2 year of Sales or Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
% B. `$ K+ G; e, w) D8 k% x- ]• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
5 o  v" ^+ R  J% |, E2 n• Ability to lead and develop;
7 j1 B) c% O. [- F' S8 F- w5 {% P• Background in the development & execution of business, marketing and sales plans and operating budgets;
• Proven record of development of sales and marketing efforts;
, v2 E2 }! B8 @( I• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;

• High level of creativity and innovation;
• Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments;
