Job Description:
7 P. D. g5 @# O/ OTo acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.' B$ N+ s' w; _1 @& Q
( w5 ?# B& t6 q& g4 ?7 i) {• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
/ n9 `3 C. }3 r) ?# h• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;: B# E( N3 U' O# b
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business; B1 _) ]- V/ Z4 n: p
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;
0 T/ Y# g) ^ ^2 H9 c• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.2 `( K8 h# r7 G# f" O
• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel; X2 l4 q0 j+ |3 B8 |/ y# T7 h8 X
• Work with National/Regional Sales initiatives;

• Ability to lead and develop;
