To acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
6 ? M4 x" Z" V: m• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;
; n) K' c( b) t! @6 X2 @+ ?• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;; S: a: F& {3 v6 Y* f* B3 T
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;! f: ^! B: P. k6 r' f5 Y
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.

•1-2 year of Sales or Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
