• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.
4 g( M3 U9 V' F; j• Oversee hotel security requirements. 0 ~. |! o' ~: q+ V) F; W* t# D
• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.5 W& v, c( X! h
• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. , _& [ g* ~! @7 N- S) P# F5 Q
• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.

• To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.

• Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff. * G& c: R3 x# a1 D, w
• Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term.

• Attend Cluster meetings.

• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies

Requirements:+ A, D) k3 F H
•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
- c9 p, ]" F& d( B3 a• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
6 H4 R3 R1 `! }% `' e4 u9 E• Ability to lead and develop;
& }4 ?7 `5 _: l, k• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
/ W! w/ L4 p8 Z• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
