    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；

职位要求：
0 f/ I* v0 a4 O" S9 a    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
  r) Q, e. K2 ^% ]) m  R    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
+ D2 b6 ]# s/ Y0 i! o    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
0 z1 F- h2 Y. D* D/ D. `    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
! @- t8 [7 I4 O% s' R    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
, c, C% v) F7 H6 n1 o! |    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
1 K5 W2 F  Q& M+ h% `+ ]9 t1 z7 x+ X% G    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
: J$ s& n" t. U    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

* c0 t4 j- L- P9 l    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
5 p( H9 I, f' l) m% C: K& G1 I9 N    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
( z# j2 X. ]8 ~% {    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
" B. @! k% @3 A, E7 x/ c5 r- b# K    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

薪金概况：
: r& z( I* S) r* n0 ?     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
