    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
! c; U+ J3 M; y1 O6 \3 d    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

职位要求：

2 C% I8 \7 K0 ~    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
; C1 m$ [- r( j8 i& [2 Z    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
4 \/ n8 ^+ b1 U' E! M$ ^    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
8 U) w5 w5 [" s( f+ T# U5 z    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
/ ?+ W' u; ?- y9 }! b# l0 J    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
+ l& y* Q9 v7 a    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；

职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
9 l$ t2 V7 K0 s. E3 J; b6 v3 k    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；

薪金概况：
5 k  i" @$ `/ e: F     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
