    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；

    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；

职位要求：
    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
% q: W: u# ]# Z" A    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；

Senior Estimator
! ^& e3 x& F6 a* `" {职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
+ J- g; Z7 K$ D8 t    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
2 ^+ x! R0 \6 p1 a! q+ ?    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
3 F* n3 \, M" e7 J6 m$ M    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
" L6 F4 B) \% n; V1 p% w    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
4 h. d; M. H: b' S$ I& |3 s# d    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；

7 ~0 l+ `& p6 d6 E. l    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
$ Y# X, O/ p9 o* q    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
. E$ ]1 }$ ]" f* L    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
: D# b; }, a- {+ @    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
: u9 x/ x% P" ^' o* I    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
1 U, W& u* [+ }# k% w! n& B3 n7 @. d    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
