7 s" R8 G5 u, E    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
" p- }9 O% ?+ h: T    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
/ W. B% a! e- I+ [/ M- p0 e    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
  b. H$ ^& Y4 a) O! n9 [    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
3 F" l" r# k# Y7 N, x- a2 e/ @    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

职位介绍：
: S- u' `8 K$ }% q    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
& Z* y6 k" X% I& H1 `9 i    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
; e$ g% a  e  ]8 [9 n8 k$ w2 y    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
2 {* k- z0 x+ ~/ S! w    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

5 \0 g/ ~3 ~7 B1 H7 t9 b  p职位要求：
" m" l7 t9 j( l" E( h    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
% X# `' @0 A  @) W! A8 K    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
