    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
' b# s9 P- h8 i2 @    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
& ?, `2 c- [6 `1 g& o# z2 N    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

8 o) A$ j; S% F; j9 H" B' [  J    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
# @% F. p( P7 b8 i* G    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
+ m: K, a# Y# k. D5 x& M# T2 b    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
$ c  B" t2 X# R1 V    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
( E( F; @8 C; y& O  [    Assemble final bid packages；
) Y5 R2 U: Z, t' ~    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
) C. ]. d" l! \, N1 |$ I    Field and site experience an asset；
: J  y/ v3 \8 T2 d1 e    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
1 t- c2 F7 P/ f  y( w) V! H' c' ~    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
# w, M1 q# M/ @# j& j- h    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

薪金概况：
7 Q8 S$ V8 x: j& W9 ?     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
