    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；

    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

职位要求：
- Q/ W/ g4 {7 F    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
6 j% g: l+ K* t4 ^% X    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
: A' }4 x' x) J* |    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
' l1 m% c2 H  g$ y    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
* g- c& w2 A, p+ z+ M    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
$ ~- x' X! {: U1 Q+ s3 |    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
0 u: T+ V5 n6 Q7 p8 Q2 r( `1 g    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；

; J8 C8 ]$ t# ?& i6 T3 V    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
7 \* E9 ?- I' ]2 Q( F- p# C    Field and site experience an asset；
2 d7 ^4 C5 [! Q6 s. z    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
; R: \% s: C4 E/ ]9 N& G, g, f  ^8 \    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
4 b8 @  C+ H1 ^, F% l% O4 ?4 A2 v    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
0 j2 K% e* A/ T* h8 T. m    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

薪金概况：
3 \# J3 u5 \3 D5 X  W; I$ Z4 z# r9 R     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
