Position Overview:
1 n# j1 A2 U6 \$ y5 jTo provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations. V# r8 l; G; n7 ?6 l/ n& J

Responsibilities
3 i& ~$ b' j7 x1 G+ }; D" K2 m) V•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages
# k- ^6 p, c1 e2 N+ i' \7 R•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
! X3 d1 Y& |7 W ^4 z5 W% B) U; M; J2 ]' k•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages/ f4 s8 ]5 |; m$ _1 w9 l3 q8 D
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
; U0 X5 A0 P8 ^, N) o! u3 r) g. e•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
* D) s) T C$ M# p6 X7 z* m8 M•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships2 ^: \3 [5 `4 A" n3 k+ L) o' a
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle, ?8 N3 Z2 B/ _/ K8 B
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
