To provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.: T! r; b0 u F6 q6 n; F2 g' ^

Responsibilities
& L/ t; @2 w) o3 d8 q' Q) h. |•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages8 ~% | s- ]5 ]" }& Q, `/ g
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents" N3 i: k: k! @3 ?$ E2 _' Z
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages4 i0 f" F m3 Z9 J9 V& T& [+ \
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work 5 k; _# \1 V2 N
•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing

•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
