To provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

Responsibilities
: u8 x5 q( z; r; [7 f  O•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages
7 X1 Z% b. G+ K0 ^8 _  P& \•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
1 ?  [6 P! p/ u, P( D$ o•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
: H0 u& Q1 f' d% L. t•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
9 g1 ?- j; _) }, H8 E•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
0 }/ i4 C- R0 ]: Q' M! K$ q•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
8 A7 V, [" O4 w' J0 I9 `•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
- r3 X0 Q0 T" \$ G- h" J' w•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan
