新移民医疗卡的问题

我以前是留学生 今年4月底才成移民的
成移民之后我知道要去换sin number
4 ]1 c% E" O: L8 w1 P# b6 D但是我不知道医疗卡怎么弄
我现在的医疗卡就是以前半的免费的那种
+ ~* l1 f& e( Y" H4 `' s变成移民后以前那个免费办的还能用吗？
而且需要办什么新的吗？
不太明白
