询问PR申请

今天看到申请PR要求的这样一条：http://www.passportal.net/canadi ... nent-residence.aspx
粗体字第二行，楼主在UA读硕士，今年是第二年，最近在找工作。按照第二条的条件，楼主现在有61分，参考这里：http://www.workpermit.com/canada/individual/skilled.htm

年龄10分，教育25分，语言英语项可以得16分，工作经验没有——0分；楼主的女朋友也是UA硕士，如果办一个common law，Adaptability这一项可以加10分。目前总计61分

楼主的问题是：这样是不是只要楼主毕业顺利找到工作，那么就可以凭借公司offer得到Arranged employment 这一项的10分？这样总计71分不就是毕业即可申请PR了，不必像以前以为的那样要毕业工作一年才能申请？另外http://www.workpermit.com/canada/individual/skilled.htm 这里说的HRDC认证的employer是哪一类的呢？一般的工程公司或者石油公司符合这个要求吗？

请问各位大大，以上推断有什么漏洞吗~？求各种解答

多谢回复！但是看这个链接http://www.passportal.net/canadi ... nent-residence.aspx 中粗体字的第二条似乎对工作经验是没有要求的，不知这个是新政策还是我理解的有什么问题

这下彻底lost了

你说的这个是符合那个link里第一条CEC移民要求的，第二条我也是今天才看到，按照上面写的理解就是：你在加拿大接受超过12个月的教育，同时你的计分体系超过67分，就有资格申请PR。而如果这个要求成立的话，只要有一个HRDC认证的公司提供了符合要求的offer，我的分数应该可以从现在的61变成71，那么就立即可以申请PR，而不需走CEC积攒一年工作经验。不知道这个理解对不对

If you can land a job, why do care about waiting for one more year? It makes little difference. Job is the first and most important.

签证、移民、申请公民唯一权威网站就是加拿大政府移民部的官方网站。

具体到CEC申请，

You need to meet these requirements to apply under the Canadian Experience Class. You must:
•plan to live outside the province of Quebec
•have at least 12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) skilled work experience in Canada in the three years before you apply,
•have gained your experience in Canada with the proper authorization
•meet the required language levels needed for your job for each language ability (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).

就算你打算申请FSW

A) Basic eligibility

We will only process your FSW application if you have:
• at least one year of continuous and paid (full-time or an equal amount in part-time) work experience ◦in a single occupation,
◦within the last 10 years,
◦at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2011 edition of the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC), and you: 1.have this work experience in one of the eligible occupations, OR
2.have a valid offer of arranged employment, OR
3.are an international student who is enrolled in a PhD program in Canada (or who graduated from a Canadian PhD program within the past 12 months) and meet these criteria.

AND

You meet all the minimum requirements below.

B) Minimum requirements

Work experience

If your application is eligible to be processed, we will then assess it to see if your work experience is valid.

Your work experience must be:
•for at least one yearin the same occupation,
•continuous and paid (full-time or an equal amount in part-time),
•within the last 10 years,

AND
•skill type 0 (managerial occupations) or
•skill level A (professional occupations) or
•skill level B (technical occupations and skilled trades)

on the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC) list.

(The National Occupational Classification is a system used to classify jobs in Canada.)

Language ability

You must meet minimum language levels and include the results of a language test from an agency approved by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) when you apply that shows you meet the minimum language requirement of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7.

Education

You must have:
•a Canadian diploma, certificate, or credential

AND/OR
•a foreign educational credential, and an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) by an agency approved by CIC to show it is equal to a completed Canadian secondary or post-secondary educational credential.

ok，了解了~~因为考虑 new grad第一份工作也许并不非常理想，一年内跳槽的话有个PR找工作更方便

多谢啦，知道了~这个网站是google出来的，后来在cic上核实过了，确实有一项类似的不需要一年工作经验的，但是那个仅仅针对PhD学位，与我的情况不符合，现在看来主要的途径就是CEC或者PNP，多谢热心回帖~~

油公司申请省提名来的更快点. PHD 不等毕业就可以申请了.
