• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales.

• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

3 I% c9 ^+ a& b P$ p• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.* z. [/ ]* c. }4 o' b' b* H$ m) R0 p

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.+ E) c* @. O3 u X4 z

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales., M+ _1 ~6 Q" r# u8 M4 e4 \" T6 O

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours. 

% {# `# m$ _; O0 Z8 K• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

/ c, P8 B9 ?- D8 N• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.

Job Qualifications
% r* b6 |. q; u• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

; [0 X! q# C" p9 f' I8 W• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

4 s0 z r/ `; Y7 i• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
3 ^! }9 z" g1 A% ~5 H+ s( j0 z# G" l
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

. h0 z) n7 ?3 Z! Z/ m• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.1 D& d9 {; u8 G( ]

• Travel within the assigned region.
) w" M7 R/ i( d9 Y
• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
