Key Responsibilities:
 A& s$ y1 @0 x! P0 }$ N+ d$ o
• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 
% s8 f3 [/ G- \# G1 o/ N
• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.7 R) g X0 H. N7 p& C

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

2 Y7 y% b1 ]- G( B) E• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

0 ~% b5 t6 w8 D: Y3 j• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.
' G9 }% R$ }: o9 Y- U6 B
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

2 ^ B7 d# c; @5 |( u* x• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

5 A( J% F' Q W9 W" V6 K3 b• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
