Position Summary:
To provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

Primary Objective/Duties of position:

# S" e1 O0 T! B+ q    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
# O" X/ w: z' L    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
7 n$ @/ W- Q0 L  g0 O& e9 a+ w4 J
8 m% s; s" t. K7 V4 B9 h    High School and or Post Secondary Education
    Previous customer service experience
- ~. @8 Q! l$ z! Q5 Y5 t0 [  G; a    Previous sales experience an asset
    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
* z) ?6 I# y2 a+ S$ W    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
    Strong analytical and organizational skills
  @( O! P+ w2 [4 \" f    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ w$ P5 j8 X1 @    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
