attending both Orientation and MUGs, you will receive a great deal of

look for the volunteers in bright colored t-shirts, as they have a wealth 2 {2 S- h1 F. w* `; p

" y) a- \% J' ?2 u y* ~Both days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening
! K& H, w5 ]5 \! uactivities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend : M' k) c+ K3 s, J$ X
a variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday
% Z& P2 M: [: {8 m* bevening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in 2 z: a8 u2 d* ~& z
Hawrelak Park.

You will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on / T' a: h# s8 p |
September 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006, ! M" ^. q/ ^5 q4 \0 _/ ?( h
and then continue to meet with for the entire year.

, n0 X% e; f: X; t4 HBoth MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you 1 @! ^% x( s7 {3 A
to get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from : O/ z! P4 j/ a% Y, M+ b8 o) K5 w8 _
your faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your
3 f E* Y( E0 V/ N4 m% GONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process
% o4 P% M: E6 x( N+ r7 Myour ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece
. j( x$ ]& X- D4 o: Xof government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus
1 p* S1 i5 U NComputing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic
6 z5 a) L3 q3 ^$ @* u2 NInformation and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and 8 Y% f7 ]% I6 V3 z+ d" \* v
bring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the
; z# i5 z! `8 ?1 e: M5 Atwo days of Orientation).: }/ r+ c! x& M$ o/ {
