请教：关于外省汽车如何上牌的问题？

我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

下一步应该是先买保险，还是先做车检？最后上牌？

These are what I knew.
8 U: X% [9 ?7 t* ]' b) X/ j1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
* o& M5 m# j0 c" ]3 }, X6 E0 V/ R2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

( I' t3 r& q# ^So I guess the right order is
" l1 M0 z6 P  Q8 n! x9 }1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
; i% V2 c+ k4 U2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
3) Inspect your car.
4) Obtain the plate.
