请教：关于外省汽车如何上牌的问题？

我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

These are what I knew.
) |- Z& w$ c" ?8 O! ]  _3 P1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
$ D  g. h4 Y8 ~* p2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

1 h/ p% p  A& o! S1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
$ I1 C0 M3 k% p3 k2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
3) Inspect your car.
4 V  o; I6 T) x: \# b: U" C+ V4) Obtain the plate.
