+ U8 ^7 G; _% |5 v5 M/ D6 KHave a zero alcohol level
4 m( a1 I& {6 F% {( I; r, XNo upgrading to a commercial licence 8 v# |" A$ `4 M$ x" s3 y( A
Cannot serve as an accompanying driver to a Learner , P- N$ K) n; K' E( |1 ?

To become a fully licensed driver (Class 5) you must:
