为什么要没收国内的驾照呢？

看到的帖子都说，在申领Class 5驾照时，国内的驾照是要上缴的！
2 @% d" B3 y& X8 h% h可是为什么啊？
5 D6 [, P% b- l% y" U要是上缴了中国驾照，回国怎么办呢？
不合理！需要据理力争！

ONly Class 5 Advance Level required 国内的驾上缴.  If you do not apply for the waive of Probation of 1 year before take Class 5 lower you do not need to 上缴.
