• Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
' f& x9 y, g% B" _. b7 s# u' i• Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing. |. @; ~8 L5 L- H
• Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
1 ]2 [( n; S; \3 V; X- n- l• Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

Job Requirements
! J/ P7 D# @( a$ i" r9 ^! l) G) t• Retail customer service experience.
, f( r1 r- b9 B5 R; V• Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
