Position Overview
•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
, e, I, P4 L7 ^& t: @( m/ g•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

2 I" B: o2 I* s- {3 s/ X•        Retail customer service experience.
' t3 c3 d7 _6 p: n; y- R8 l•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
•        Excellent communication skills in English
, n5 k5 L: T: f/ {" A) }' Y% u) J•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
