Position Overview
, y6 j+ I4 m1 H" @' j  v•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
' n% g) n1 f/ y! ?) K4 @0 C•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

•        Retail customer service experience.
1 s+ P2 {0 l  K; C5 Y. P4 A•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
•        Excellent communication skills in English
8 h" L' |: r- [$ B: z$ o2 e6 J•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
•        Strong ability to implement multitask
