9 ^% I3 Z6 S& ?2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
: B- Z# ?3 A$ c' Y! Z3. Blue color: price change each month.

Comments:

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
% ~  i- \  {+ A1 L9 `" F# `% ^still support the further price increases.
6 }! {: b2 x6 O# {2 M$ e2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
; J2 N2 f- f9 N+ a0 d$ H* p& `the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
& o2 N+ l' n3 q" l5 j( n5 B3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
