今天自己还是做不到

温润如玉需要我们一辈子的修行。如果我们真正能做到：谦和宽容，朴实无华，优雅高贵，那么我们离温润如玉就不远了。

现在还处在小智向大智过渡阶段，不知道两者之间的距离有多远？

总也找不到感觉，发觉自己其实一直象在赶路，遇到挫折的时候，有些心焦气燥。

我觉得厉害的人不一定叫得响，还是内里有货最重要，外在要表现出一定的修养。

但是，不骄不燥的性格，对自己的身体有好处。好脾气，有些是天生，但是，先天没有的，也可以通过后天的磨砺，呈现出一种修养。

谢谢安慰，我已经不在那儿混了。只是觉的这种人太欠咒，自己是华人，讲着一口纯正的广东话，自己儿子的女朋友家里也是中国大陆来的，艘子也是个大陆人，在公司却故意每天打电话给她朋友，净讲些大陆不好的事情，新闻，满嘴喷粪的。

有机会，就教训她一下，没有机会就算了。不要把这种人放在心上。在一起工作，可能有些不舒服，现在你可以把她给彻底忘了。

this Monday, i took an interview, driving 2 hours car, come back to work.
talk about wage, broken! Why lots person took 10 w, 20w, me so hard?

Getting an employment is no so hard, but how to find out a good team in a proper position is hard now. you know what, a local diploma plays a very important role on your interview. I found out no one is interesting on my past experience in China, they only notice I graduated from NAIT, what I have done in Canada. Then they provide a range of salary in according to your experience of Canada. Besides, the salary depends on what kind of company you get in.

lots local diploma, degree persons, or got license persons no more job, my daughter classmates, half person did labor jobs. My some female friends, they get local master degree, B.S degree or college diploma
beginning, they got job, but, laid off, now some ones no more job, I have no more local education, but my
wage is hign than them, I always work. Calgary, some chinese work in the engineering company and oil and gas company, pay is high, but laid off, find some small company, pay is very low
The business is very slow down now, our company is slow, but not yet cuting position, no hiring person.
our team is nice, I am comfortable, but I still look for a good chance.

no body care of about your degree and diploma
in edmonton a big company, interview 2 times, second interview, test 1 project 2 hours, after 2 days
i got an offer
a middle company test half hour, got the job.
in calgary first small company , one time interview 2 hours, test, got an offer and half moving fees
now I am working a big company, pay is soso, but the benefit is the better, Now is very slow down
nothing to do, chat with colleagues

行业之间薪水是有差异的，没有必要去比较。做最好的自己就可以了。
