买房的免税额度

去年买了房子,听说可以在报税的时候有7500的免税额度,不知道是不是真的。请问可以随便报在夫妻哪边吗?

0 {$ P1 ?7 u8 F6 @, QYou can claim an amount of $5,000 for the purchase of a qualifying home made in 2013, if both of the following apply:
4 Z! \: _- X% r4 ?7 ^, v•you or your spouse or common-law partner acquired a qualifying home; and
6 z( e  z. W$ x. L$ r•you did not live in another home owned by you or your spouse or common-law partner in the year of acquisition or in any of the four preceding years (first-time home buyer).& N$ J1 d5 [0 f5 N
So the non-refundable tax credit is up to $750.

这样看似乎免税额度是 5000 不是7500?是必须买新房,还是买的二手房也算啊。

  }1 y# Y+ C9 j* [A qualifying home must be registered in your and/or your spouse's or common-law partner's name in accordance with the applicable land registration system, and must be located in Canada. It includes existing homes and homes under construction.

A share in a co-operative housing corporation that entitles you to own and gives you an equity interest in a housing unit located in Canada also qualifies. However, a share that only gives you the right to tenancy in the housing unit does not qualify.$ g3 Z/ G; M/ o, d$ v3 [

* D8 _) R/ P( `The claim can be split between you and your spouse or common-law partner, but the combined total cannot exceed $5,000.

5 {7 z# c& O, h/ Z$ I8 z5 Y' tWhen more than one individual is entitled to the amount (for example, when two people jointly buy a home), the total of all amounts claimed cannot exceed $5,000.
