-  arrived in Canada less than three years ago?
-  has taken an English language assessment test?
-  scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?

If the answers are yes, then you are invited to apply to attend our pre-employment program

+ b! h+ Q8 f$ g  oMAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component.  It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.

- ]/ U# u/ x; q  KTHE COURSE OFFERS:

: f/ E+ J) x( m8 e1 w•        Counseling to help you find what is right for you.
0 z( t+ B( B" X$ q* T) ?•        Opportunity to develop your English Language skills.
•        Opportunities in class to practice difficult situations, e.g. a job interview or proper telephone etiquette.
6 L" r, c" N3 G" Q% C•        Information about community agencies and services.
•        Information about going back to school, returning to work, or changing your job.
•        Continued support after the course to help you carry out your plan.

2.  July 17, 2006 – July 28, 2006                Mon. Tues. Thurs and Fri. from 10:00-4:00 p.m.

5.  Jan. 27, 2007 – Mar. 17, 2007                Saturdays from 10:00 – 4:00 p.m.

哈哈....那地方啊,我刚登陆那会,还到过那当Volunteer呢!那是半年前的事了, 总的说那里的人还是很NICE的!
