请问什么情况下查carproof查不出呢？

我在autodealrer和carfax上输入都有基本信息可以买report 但是carproof上显示

请问是什么原因呢车子是一辆07年的volvo SUV

可能之前是美国的车，carproof查美国车有时候查不全
