JOB DESCRIPTION
- w3 x/ }8 T% A1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; ' y. m- m. N% \
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
* k+ E4 V( a0 \+ ?5 G3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
- r6 U4 F- ]$ d4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; * Y, s0 _- M8 R6 \7 ]
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
" C- u0 y% [' t7 c6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
8 ]  M1 \$ }/ |# K7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.6 ~! s' H- z8 [2 H

Qualifications:
* A, R' d( T0 h1 q1 e•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.0 J- J$ P) |  O2 T- x
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.$ G4 V8 \$ e  n, L
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.& s& a+ ?5 Q, ?* d$ I* O/ T" [
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.$ f! B4 s! y$ ~8 O+ H+ J
•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker4 D; s" Q# ?6 K2 r/ E  _) I4 N' `
•        Excellent organizational skills.5 N7 m+ ]% \) f1 r
•        Must handle inquiries, requests and present information in a professional manner.
