JOB DESCRIPTION
. {: j( k0 L4 L) A! J- P1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; . `! V* `5 t6 Q8 F% q
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;/ l* A, a  [+ C0 B
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;) ]8 k% c$ ?, L4 N
4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
* A' L  {2 Z" }" j5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
$ u) R9 D  n# T/ L4 C1 M4 E# D  E6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
8 ~5 g* V( g7 \: e9 |9 ]8 e7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

# P$ ]/ u* N6 t4 E/ i2 tQualifications:
0 M" r, W9 g2 U3 v) r& f•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
. C4 L1 ?4 C+ N•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
0 ^. O  ?2 C7 D•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.5 n8 S$ y" ?# w6 G
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.4 ]+ x5 q7 A/ v9 j+ C' z: @0 S
•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker  z) R1 l; }6 d- q+ O  y
•        Excellent organizational skills.
