1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; 5 |0 y% R2 {  \
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
/ q' ]( S, [" d6 \4 M& c) B3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;5 e0 [% N* s8 z6 S! t
4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; : U* I% D4 l+ t( i$ p6 ^* u- V/ U
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
4 A3 `; |$ \2 X3 N6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
1 n: b7 w" M; I* O7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:6 n" k7 ]/ u  U5 c  z
•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
7 n& R) S4 |; `, c•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.$ \5 ^0 D2 I$ ~
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.$ u+ ?  i5 `' N) U$ i
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
& ]" T8 k9 f8 b3 {6 @" m•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker8 v/ U' Z1 r1 k' _
•        Excellent organizational skills.' {6 m' V6 ~. q6 j+ Z6 m
