This option is automatically included for all applicants up to age 59, and can be purchased for ages 60 to 85 (provided the applicant is eligible).6 ~& H2 ^8 s/ L% p- o: T
When the option is included or purchased, exclusion 1 in the policy is modified such that, after any applicable waiting period, a stable chronic . }# p& m; @! T6 K0 ^/ rcondition (as defined) is covered under the policy.
“Stable Chronic Condition” means: a condition which is under treatment and which has been controlled by consistent use of medication prescribed by a “physician”; and * t) W/ d( Q# s1 w6 P- c. u• there have been no new symptoms or change in symptoms; and/or . {4 i5 u) @) g+ X: D* S, S• there has been no “hospitalization”or change in treatment, medication or dosage in the 180 days prior to the “effective date” of this policy.$ X; w( o. q2 {
If “your” “physician” has determined that “your” health condition has improved and changes “your” treatment or medication or its dosages due to “your” improved health condition, this does not constitute a change.
