This option is automatically included for all applicants up to age 59, and can be purchased for ages 60 to 85 (provided the applicant is eligible).0 J4 V2 \! K5 H
When the option is included or purchased, exclusion 1 in the policy is modified such that, after any applicable waiting period, a stable chronic. \$ q6 i% t& i& h. y
condition (as defined) is covered under the policy.
“Stable Chronic Condition” means: a condition which is under treatment and which has been controlled by consistent use of medication prescribed by a “physician”; and1 V; p- S4 S d, [1 m$ j! K! t; w
• there have been no new symptoms or change in symptoms; and/or % j9 l3 v2 |% `• there has been no “hospitalization”or change in treatment, medication or dosage in the 180 days prior to the “effective date” of this policy. ~* y$ M/ R+ w; k' S/ R3 |6 VIf “your” “physician” has determined that “your” health condition has improved and changes “your” treatment or medication or its dosages due to “your” improved health condition, this does not constitute a change.
