留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。

& K6 l( Y" \  ~2 p; o; |' zCan I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

! `% E3 x) n( c$ C. w$ ~! Myou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
8 d, s4 M2 ^5 gyou must be a resident of Canada; and
1 ]& P; Q# }; q2 Y3 U/ |you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
