留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？

& S4 \9 @1 V. ?* w3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?
  H5 \' Z0 e; }& j* PTo be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

* E( D6 X# G- R0 o- \! \you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
you must be a resident of Canada; and
* M! ^, [/ j& V; J: D) Q7 Yyou or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
