留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
' B: ~" u6 ^0 L- S2 d请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
9 S; k3 S- }' l# p% N2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

' d& g3 Y! u  Y3 v- C& f3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
. q5 w5 w, g( ?" Q1 ~0 ]+ e9 ?you must be a resident of Canada; and
% l7 _7 @$ f8 [( Syou or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
