留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
$ f, t  k' y; M$ g请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
& X( l/ V# t" \2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
8 W/ U1 S# K- g3 n/ C" K% ^1 }& d3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。
3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：

1 D) P6 Y9 F" ]5 q# X. k$ S3 DTo be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
4 H$ P" m9 n6 E6 a& s+ X8 xyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
- o: g& a$ t" g* s* Vyou must be a resident of Canada; and
you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
