We are looking for a Manager of First Impressions for the position of Reception/Listing Co-ordinator for a busy Real Estate Office. Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Able to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency    and confidentiality
( P. z4 f- n( i( t( S• Excels at organizational and reception skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision
# X: y- @# X! F' f• Strong knowledge of Microsoft outlook, work & excel
8 H# C! Q  b: U3 u; `5 B7 J6 e• Experience with Windows 8

• Knowledge of Lone Wolf Software an Asset

Some of the Duties to manage:
1 R3 q- C. ?) S+ w/ f
6 ^4 O/ }4 p  B& D; E. p* P3 \
' f, m9 _8 b- @( Y: ]( s) E• Answering and screening phone calls, paging
$ |2 W/ ?5 g" h  t" K• Document management and distribution for agents, including couriers
• Inputting Listings

• Maintain office Inventory and equipment
; V3 ^$ S- Z; z: d. R; \• Input monthly fees and expenses for Agents
