You may need a development permit and a building permit: 1 L/ x: R9 \4 `• You will need a development and buiding permit if the deck floor is over 0.6 metres (m) or 2 feet (ft) above grade. 4 j4 O* N3 f+ v, K- h9 d% b• If the deck is above 1.8 m (6 ft) you will need to talk to a Building Technical Advisor from our office.
