I have been looking into Windermere.8 a# _2 M# V: B8 E9 e- F; O# j
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
3 t9 z( L. n7 E; j5 {! JJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.) C) h2 P1 c, j' W! v0 K+ {) A: q
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.. o" M( ^- [# e4 |6 ]% E4 T2 i7 K0 ~

$ H# e$ k1 { T5 y8 tThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
