I have been looking into Windermere.
- ^. I+ O6 G0 X. R# LMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.+ z7 q9 {1 {; i" E
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
