I have been looking into Windermere.3 [$ y0 k; i: B. a* ^* z( a
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.
! W6 _6 i% n4 w. k4 J
& t( V, v% Q- K; b# n1 oAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.& ?+ w9 c" e) H+ f! X) o9 t
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
2 _) J" a1 u& fThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

What type of housing you are looking for?) P2 A, ]0 J$ ^+ N! _) i/ T4 j
That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
, w4 c+ P- U5 l# H1 k& SDon't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
