I have been looking into Windermere.
0 c" e! v/ M* w! ?5 F# i: vMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

9 Y9 Y+ W; }2 k* K w% DAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.: t* h2 W2 }# W1 f' C. z1 Y
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.; k; ~( ~7 L8 W
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes. |+ m, \/ e9 K- K+ x

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded." h% f' B0 u3 R9 Z2 N# {0 _6 {

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.8 i# P \) f9 D
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.
