Newcomers are being offered some help when shopping for a home in Edmonton’s tight housing market.
$ k% O4 w+ l, h$ g' J8 z3 bImmigrant women and their families can now access a “household toolkit” crafted by a local service group for new immigrant families, through real estate agents. |3 s1 Z8 u I6 i' F! a

In the tool kit are 75 common hand tools – like a hammer and screwdriver – as well a book on how to buy a home, a home maintenance schedule and other items.
