EDMONTON - Edmonton remains in a smoky haze as of Thursday morning, with the city seemingly stuck in twilight.% n' r+ ^7 @$ I' G8 W& t% s
- v5 N1 Y* Q4 p) s" ^But, according to Alberta government data, the health advisory has been downgraded to a three, which is low health risk, from a high of seven (high risk) on Wednesday. r; C5 ]+ n* a) T" L o0 v. \3 @
