关于房屋贷款的问题

今天收到一封来自银行的信，说因为我房子去年的propety tax涨了，我今年的月供也涨了大约60多。
, k, o3 T/ Z7 }& K! R4 I1 K6 f2 B信件原话是”XXXX corporation has now paid your final property tax bill, accordingly we have adjusted your tax component to collect sufficient funds for next year's taxes.“
" g; P6 Q( U, q6 D; r) W: L6 I我有些奇怪的是，propety tax我们每年都单独交给政府的，为什么我的月供也涨上去了？？求专业人士解答，谢谢。

3 g# o- [  L5 e最该去以嫌钱为目的的银行理顺一下，曾发生过在我毫不知情的情況下，把贷款年限由22年改16年，每月多交100多。
