带电器新建房电器问题找builder还是电器供应商？

没遇到过这种情况，不过个人感觉先找builder。如果找厂家，他会问你电器购买日期，地点和收据。

看购房合同，一般是找生产厂家。 builder只保证你住进新房那一刻，电器质量，由生产厂家负责。

most builders purchased from appliance companies like Trail and Coast.
Mine was Trail and they came to fix my microwave door when I first move it.
But it went through the builder within the first year, after that, you are on your own to contact the appliance company directly.
