NAPA是跟Candian Tire一样的的Auto Parts 零售店。目前西店需要人（职位Counter Clerk）待遇福利都好。具体信息如下
3 F' K* G0 C% T! n/ N0 oDuties & Responsibilities:
0 C2 t. h6 V+ t/ x& _
- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
8 ?/ c( a- V2 Y0 \- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
8 R8 q" ?% E1 C' _- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
6 }8 [8 F8 Q" ^6 d- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
$ N# r5 K* S6 w& t- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

* \. r* L2 r: G) ^1 M+ R- u- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
/ n1 m8 ?9 w/ s+ E) C- Ability to use computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
