Builders started construction on 468 new single detached homes last month, a 34 per cent increase from August 2013.

& y$ J$ `( h0 J6 y0 V6 |- E: ?0 N“Right now we're running flat out, we’re building as much as we can,” said Rob Busby, construction manager for Landmark Homes.
