经济的疲软和就业率高低，人口的变动都会影响房价和居民住房需求，但是从长期来讲，房价还是上涨的趋势。我同意楼上说的，“即使平均房价跌，好地点的房价也是不会跌的，最多也就小幅度浮动，但是你依然是在take chance，这个都不好说的，就好像坛子里一直有些人在说房价要崩盘，崩得了吗？崩不了就说要跌。。。”
