CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office clerk to join our team.

# e0 Y8 o0 f: ~) Q% {& ]8 J-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
; i" }( m6 w5 M8 T-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
  ^' M+ G0 f, X$ b- g9 f: y-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
$ D; `/ C% `) Z# x& p! v! J6 z-        Keep office clean and organized.
/ y# a3 h) K1 J: W5 p-        Provide friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
1 ]6 D  V# T  B( m$ R-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
+ L2 L9 B4 H5 ~0 e) v  ]-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
