CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office clerk to join our team.

Description:
2 a- l8 N" u" [/ A- n-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
7 k  ?0 ^( {6 d  Z6 e% i-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
" C, R! ^  P6 l( h1 ]: |3 R9 X-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
8 f8 b$ _8 K; O" l1 _-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
$ k+ w' q$ D4 A5 s  q) m+ W8 X-        Provide friendly and professional services.

# {* H8 k& D0 E; M" qRequirements:
- A$ `0 S) w% v3 L1 o-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
0 w6 p) x% E3 X  C% F8 t8 n0 m-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
# P. Z7 t' i' o9 n$ o-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
8 N  i+ W0 e1 _7 R8 P9 r8 ^* N-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
