CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office clerk to join our team.

-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
* v; R7 v( f8 s0 V. o-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
/ G) K' F, r; z- ]; T-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
/ U- U, E' u- }5 M4 y5 i-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.

Requirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  t. f3 V& e1 h3 e7 S& \) N-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
3 o9 H9 E) P7 {! K9 R/ q( ~-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
, x% X4 i" O% W7 M" h4 ?* t-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
