1. Check brake fluid, oil level, tire pressure, and full gas tank before leaving and always have enough gas in the tank on the road;

4. Some food and water and warm clothing in case you have to stay one place for a while;

8. Take more breaks whenever possible and clean both the head lights and tail lights if dirt.
