; |' b3 W6 f1 a! z, B/ Z; v  UYour job responsibilities will include:
•Check payroll time cards, production chits and other paperwork, calculate production time. Key data into system and transmit to Nethris for processing.
- G- k5 t. F) p" i•Prepare monthly payroll journal entries for capturing labour and fringe benefit costs
•Prepare monthly safety and statistical reports for management.
0 P; b2 i2 B9 V, c•Prepare payment requisitions for group insurance, RRSP, etc. as agreed upon by the union contract
! j6 S: _6 P: U: o0 u$ S$ E5 p8 c•Coordinate work related accident and group insurance claims.
) i) G0 Q+ N; Y0 `( M% L' f* a2 m+ @•Perform AP Invoice matching
•Prepare month-end AP accrual

9 B9 |1 o( c- b7 l6 UThe ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills and 3-5 years of payroll experience in a JIT manufacturing company. Exposure to the payroll system of Datatrack/Nethris would be a definite asset. Experience with union payroll will be an asset. Need to be able to speak fluent English, has advance reading and writing skills.
