CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
2 A8 p9 i# ~+ a- V$ Z& N-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
- D# b* L8 [! ~! X7 g" _& [-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.

/ l7 q# O7 p9 p* z& J: }  |( R-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.

8 m: i: n0 H9 p  GStrong verbal English.
( u/ j0 S) I7 K0 F0 A-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
; }4 [4 s% {0 K-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
0 }8 E+ q% M2 d-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
