Full-time Receptionist Needed

CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

  L/ A/ o8 j; m0 o-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
" U) z2 s& X0 j/ Q7 B3 r5 T9 p-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
8 G8 L% L9 v2 [7 j5 p  \-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.

; P* e/ l9 x+ b( k; _: R-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
* `8 ?# J( I4 n) j% b-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
-        Strong & out-going personality
