CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

- P& G# g; q) l( z  g4 P-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
* g& z0 O, V: i$ B( {0 e2 {-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
+ g7 Q8 s! e6 V( Z3 Q6 P4 N) ?% {-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
. r" o$ `7 g! {2 F: L-        Keep office clean and organized.
+ J4 p% a  v" R1 R7 L% W& e  H' u-        Provide friendly and professional services.

Requirements:
7 ~0 R8 M8 w' C8 R! u5 b$ P-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.

: b( x. U+ n- v) u5 {Strong verbal English.
- f& u* |7 g7 ^1 O-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
' i8 z; j* Q; J2 B& ~5 n9 b-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
- y: j' q4 j3 h, U( C. L( _, x-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
-        Strong & out-going personality
