CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office administrator to join our team.

2 ^5 K1 R- ~+ ?9 R9 [6 q" N1 P-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
/ W; U' Z4 I/ t7 t2 H7 K8 v# }-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
* b7 X5 M6 k9 X3 ^& t+ U-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
, f9 ~1 A' ^9 x2 k$ W- z6 U9 r3 T-        Keep office clean and organized.
/ H3 _  X6 R7 H! o- q+ y5 \-        Provide friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Strong verbal English.
3 }) `1 [- }! l6 r: \( t-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
; f) U. \( k5 j$ J! _6 j) P-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
# s% S; s7 u/ U) u-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
