CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office administrator to join our team.
Description:
4 r% b  F' Y) K$ {/ g0 _-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
( J3 F% b/ g1 N" [-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
, X% V" N2 m- J-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
+ j) _0 c, d4 k, J-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
: D; ~" {7 ~1 ^-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
-        Strong & out-going personality
