运气好,没啥后果。运气不好,遇到黑心建筑商,就用得着了。

Some builders offer complimentary lawyer service, i.e. you use the same lawyer that builders offered, saving $500-$550 for the real estate transaction. The risk is, 运气不好,遇到黑心建筑商, you are not likely to be protected.
