这个房子的地宽32”，房子也建的宽，和一般2200多英尺26”宽的房子是不一样的，很多很多升级，非常好，west living建筑商很不错，建 estate的规模，custom 的是要比一般的一样的样品房价位高，房子后面是豪宅要2百万左右把

So  $563,800.00 is a reasonable. I like new one, but this one is a little bit too modern, square everywhere.

1. 我自己在One at Windermere 的房子去年已经卖了，你可以找以前的帖子，卖的很快很实惠。这真跟我半毛关系没有，我只是比较了解这个区而已。
2. 这个房子60万-63万之间觉得还可以下手，虽然升级很多，但是很多再卖的时候不一定卖的上价。
听前几楼的人说这个卖主好像是Westliving的销售，那么他应该拿到折扣，如果不是按照他建的标准现在应该62万-65万。
5 F+ Q2 p5 c: r% u3. West living没有在One 建Estate,但是在Upper Windermere 是有建Estate的，建的不错，这里只是说他有规模和建大房子的能力

( U& K/ d# s% T政府的估价只能看看，58万是估低了点，One的房子比一般要贵不少，当年讨论的帖子很多
