+ S1 z3 V- a- M- N, m. @We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

3 ^# `! G" H( c/ C; uCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments# c" A/ C2 O# C. b& T% t. J
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
" f( y% J* K3 z+ T/ x/ ^Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines% w( f8 `- r( r5 ?+ T+ \/ t5 X
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
% q6 p" A+ l1 _9 F+ E' [: _( I ?Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;, ^8 S7 h2 S3 z% h7 T5 n
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;2 q& Z5 Q7 L' ?. U
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.# d$ [. R: S' m' N, O. C
Conduct all work within established time standards;
