Position Summary

' ^3 a, N. u& I3 CWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

0 K/ D7 X. _$ e8 V* `- \Primary Responsibilities

' x' Q; d+ E( J( K8 _
Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments7 o# X/ j8 Y1 i+ |+ g
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies( f8 l. b0 i( j/ w8 V/ E0 j
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
0 w+ C/ @1 F' y* X8 N. k! X2 w0 HManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;6 E  z' m3 S; Q
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;# e, A, g' w) R0 n
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
- X& p6 [* x/ m0 OConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
: p2 [4 U7 j; M% N. I& yConduct all work within established time standards;* N* E$ F% r  M+ L0 C1 k

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;: l7 A; b# k: Y7 D0 \
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;0 ^0 q( `8 h) F( O4 f/ j/ X  D" z5 `+ {
Time management skills are critical;
! V9 g5 a1 ~1 m& ~/ l3 |3 z' M9 [6 JAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
9 G% S5 ]  o* |. vAttention to detail and accuracy;& t" c& B5 P$ j+ K& l7 G4 j
Strong organizational and computer skills;
, p& ]! g2 l  N, N1 x# v. VExcellent verbal and written communication skills;  ^) K% I3 N& ?# P
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;6 g( h# g. T; v* N$ b( [
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
) X! L! x5 j/ A3 I  M/ cAbility to work with minimal supervision;
4 v" D6 [0 `3 \" \' u% sSelf-directed and highly motivated; and
8 p9 J8 M" c$ N5 }- x3 ZAbility to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.$ p& y8 q2 W  \/ p1 u

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;) @& ]$ e3 l) v. |  l! D! \

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
