We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

9 {) P( t; P; hCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
5 v5 M, n2 p6 Y9 Z8 A% zWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
+ L# M. d# U3 k8 j8 q/ x) y# f1 p) JAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines- o0 ^/ r( q8 h! R$ r8 w" W
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;6 C" V2 Y6 O5 i$ m5 Y. o
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
. e, {$ q' Y0 `9 x. KEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
q2 P$ r8 n- B1 x. uConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
