Position Summary

We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

( B3 g/ m) p% l. t! c& K6 eCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
; w# d, D$ z4 n5 V2 X4 D0 zWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies8 _5 @0 T- F0 C& A! j/ Q* t. M
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines1 n5 r! h$ I, f6 R' o! k% H; E9 c
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
" F5 e' ^% j1 ~% KOversee file management for all LMIA matters;, o# q2 o8 `+ k; [. O
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
1 X1 n. @8 {$ {2 |4 s% a: cConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
$ R( _4 E" |& yConduct all work within established time standards;
; K/ \2 |1 p3 W* u$ REssential Knowledge and Skills

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;: Z  `4 Q2 h/ Y- F# D
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
% w- `, O5 @; u& d0 W/ NTime management skills are critical;
+ [9 c4 O) F4 T6 Q0 _Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
6 ]" }% j/ D/ r6 `, {Attention to detail and accuracy;
3 E) n! J& L4 S' C( U- Y% KStrong organizational and computer skills;
3 `+ i- u" @6 k9 o0 j, v* B  d2 ]9 dExcellent verbal and written communication skills;
/ D3 H- o( r0 @) aComputer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
$ R4 a0 \* |. Q5 D- Q8 J6 lAbility to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
3 r2 O* \' j9 `8 r0 VAbility to work with minimal supervision;

Ability to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;
