We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

4 _- u" e; e7 pCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments/ V. `5 C- b5 |! l
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies" m5 ?0 P8 X* Z
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
4 h: q( n4 Z" ^" q \0 \' v, V. _1 hManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;/ \+ r; ]# V! E! g7 ~* c
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;# i$ }$ n1 P4 b- M6 y0 B
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
. ^1 [6 @( H3 G: i% I4 q/ E% jConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Compensation and Benefits
