The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.6 \+ q H: n6 E7 r. W

5 N$ b3 X# l5 w! @Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
) X, G# \% {3 F. z! nWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
: `# L5 i2 z) z. m# W2 y, uAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines! g7 z9 V; o+ }* B
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;8 O- A6 W* O l
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
2 V5 Y8 \- ?- U) k7 E! k7 ~ rEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
1 J# a, Z# @+ W0 m* I+ l8 xConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Time management skills are critical;

Strong organizational and computer skills;

Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;
