New Listings: 699 (539, 608, 653)
# Sales: 310 (345, 334, 292)
Ratio: 44% (64%, 55%, 45%)
# Price Changes: 378 (349, 330, 371)
# Expired/Off Market Listings: 311 (284, 135, 214)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: 78 (-90, 139, 147)
Active single family home listings: 3208 (3078, 3145, 3068)
4 Q1 H8 y' l& V+ v% lActive condo listings: 2002 (1893, 1909, 1839)
Homes 4-week running average: $436k ($440k, $441k, $426k)
