We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities! m" J$ k4 v+ r8 h

( q. Q' M4 z& I9 V- k: Y4 r% GCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments' o4 Q* B8 U0 e. x5 O; w
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
- k$ R0 N% B6 S7 pAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
& f3 Y8 T( |# ^7 oManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
2 i+ ]) b0 T. q0 |- |3 vOversee file management for all LMIA matters;& g* X9 N" y7 V* S
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;% ~/ }8 I. e" t" ?; Z: O
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.) n" S8 m+ m/ F6 k6 y
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Strong organizational and computer skills;

Compensation and Benefits
