The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments+ V2 I9 i7 c" E) B
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies; M/ o1 a) r* \9 z. B
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines" J9 ^5 |( ^6 A: E9 x
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
7 g e } o: B$ X; K- JOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
+ T" f$ C3 ]/ ~! g8 AEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
: e$ A0 N5 M7 D+ y% q# Q1 U/ u, zConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
