We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

! ?& K9 K" v/ pCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments& s& |1 [- B1 O `
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
. _9 h. P. M- {Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
% a* Q+ x! w* ^. hManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
! Y0 Z8 V7 K. p% i3 J9 bOversee file management for all LMIA matters;% E! I/ c- @/ O0 z9 R
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;/ b b% O# {: u% w6 F. s
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
$ D) o, v& J1 A$ V) [Conduct all work within established time standards;

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;0 [* M. w7 I g7 e% K, V$ u/ B
Attention to detail and accuracy; ~0 n+ k- _" z1 e+ P
Strong organizational and computer skills;
/ r& l% P% Q; [) z- t+ H5 VExcellent verbal and written communication skills;: x, W' H9 K; V5 Z
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;/ l2 X; O" n8 |* _% }
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;

Compensation and Benefits

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
