Police have named the man who died in Monday’s crash north of Fort McMurray on Highway 63.5 E! Q4 `# u1 @* P
Alan Alexander Wong, 23, died from injuries resulting from the early-morning head-on collision. Wong lived in Fort McMurray, but his family is from British Columbia, police said earlier this week.' \* S6 W1 a- P$ s

The crash happened when Wong, heading south in a small Mazda car, lost control due to weather and road conditions and hit a gravel truck and tractor unit. Both vehicles ended up in the ditch.8 z+ U) ?& J- e2 [: I
The driver of the truck was not injured. Police said Tuesday they did not expect to lay charges. |
