当你搬家的时候，当你需要客服的时侯，当你询问为何多扣费的时侯。

有问题需要他们帮忙解决，也只有他们能帮，也就是一个电话确认的事，他们都说做不了，气死了！

1 E9 M: a0 \) z5 N: c/ h2 bFor utility company, no real benefit for BBB, as company pay fee to BBB, not you or me, but it does not hurt to leave a feedback with BBB.

Go to "Alberta Utilities Consumer Advocate"(310-4822)  to file complaints for all the billing, contracts and other issues.  Action will be taken if there is multiple similar issues.

You could also call Service Alberta Consumer Contact Centre @ 1-877-427-4088.
