• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
2 M1 C5 _% l) }& R: M1 `3 \) p• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.+ {. r# @. ?! }, p3 i: l% W0 @
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible
5 U" _( y+ L& i& c' L* O' m% z• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.7 U" X; k& r3 ^% ~ g& @' f

5 ^9 N' k; t4 v! ~% |& g$ z9 J• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role* ]; t. d! y, d$ @: T
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study$ X7 |: s9 r+ ^" J r) }
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
; U6 C$ s* H5 A! D: q8 h& H• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers9 N- m( m4 U; m0 W
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
