POSITION: Junior Accountant

2 n: R* B4 c7 I* c• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
& O2 ?0 J# h" T6 b1 U+ x9 X# t1 \• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
* E# j" Z. K; i& p8 ~• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible6 ]. ~9 ^% m5 O* z
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role; L. {1 {; m4 Y- U7 c
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study8 R; r3 j; R7 T/ O' s0 U1 M
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- _; _4 G! k, U• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
/ F5 v& n! E) k& _+ K5 ?8 s& y8 y• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry): B) I2 m" ^! E. U/ x4 H" {
