6 N s% f: g% X) R; J• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
) f# v" z! P: F( F• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required./ | ^8 M: x' B) \5 D1 L
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible3 l, r/ J3 Q; ^7 Q! Y8 p
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study3 [' o1 ]+ w8 v% V
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
