• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
" s+ H( S8 Y8 i4 d2 {- _• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.* J0 z f7 s! ]
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible- P" N- r, b) ~! P% D/ U% w
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role; f8 X: c, U7 ^4 F6 S5 n
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study1 E' U+ k( y( s/ A
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills& a- [& w/ ^3 e5 a/ b+ ]( b
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers+ t% m; U: M! e+ V0 F# W/ L5 C
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)" h# G% c' N) N) t! C& j0 m' N
