DUTIES:

% J5 m- m0 h$ K' Y* c9 `% f• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
/ V) ]% Z* d# y3 P4 `. O: s; c* @• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
5 N. R. P4 e* p( y5 [0 ^• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
. t4 ^ j# q8 Y( `• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study- g9 f9 p; D8 t3 h3 \
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
$ f E; x1 N% D/ N; Y- t$ Z• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
2 t/ ?/ M! n1 Q• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)$ G3 l; R& v3 k: O! k
