• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.7 B% |) C7 P& a- c6 f1 D; S
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
4 x+ {4 x. Q" b1 K) C3 ~' H7 C1 z• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible

REQUIREMENTS:- f; X7 ^! a2 H
* }; x- y3 Z+ _• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role8 E1 {3 A0 I) n
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
1 t- H8 \: S4 C• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills" j1 J J7 w7 V3 x y2 n% Y7 c
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers; N ]4 x' l' K S; n
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
